Follow the steps to uninstall the Audio driver: • Press Windows Key + X key and click Device Manager. • Right-click on the Audio device listed and click on ‘ Uninstall’. • Select the option to Delete driver software. • Restart the computer after its uninstalled.
• Press Windows key + X. • Click on Programs and Features. • Right click on the Sound software listed and click on Uninstall. • Restart the computer after its uninstalled.

Hi, Thank you for the information. Is the Realtek the Dolby Audio Driver?
Yes it should be there. Realtek provides Dobly 5.1 surround audio. That is only audio driver in Acer driver listing for Aspire 7750g Windows 7 64-bit. I have checked other Realtek audio driver sites and this particular Realtek version is not included which means it is special-made driver for Acer notebook.

I've checked ALL devices and not a single one has its driver on 7.2.8000.17 version. 2nd Editing: Solved! I ended up uninstalling 'Dolby Advanced Audio v2' completely, from Programs and Features.
Then, I installed 7.2.8000.17 version from here: Restarted. And it works, don't ask why. I hope it works for you as well.

Again, the problem is that, on start up, I get a message that Windows 10 couldn't open the Dolby audio driver and to reinstall it. I don't know where that driver is to do so.
