You will get an iso file to burn to a CD. I've downloaded it from torrent, burned to a CD and installed it on 3 machines using only the first key above. Two were upgraded from M$ Office 2003 PREMIUM and one was a new install that had never had M$ Office installed before. Flawlessly installed on all 3 machines. HOWEVER, the 2 upgrade installs took FOREVER (well, 1 hour anyways) to install, and I'm not sure I like the looks of the huge install progress box and little green bar that sits there showing 100% for 45 minutes while the hard drive light blinks like crazy. I used it for over a week. Tested some programs without problems.
The original Windows installation CDs do not include the Microsoft UAA Bus driver for High Definition Audio – that’s why you need this package. 
While installed, there will be 2 options to choose, to install over the old M$ Office (automatically uninstall old M$ Office, ofcourse) or to install seperately aside of your old M$ Office. There is and will be NO MORE Frontpage, I myself loved Frontpage but its was kinda behind. M$ thought so too so they pulled it and gave two other apps for web design. Sharepoint Designer and Web Expressions which not included in this Enterprise Edition. You can find the differences between the builds of M$ OFFICE 2007 here: Code: M$ Office 2007 Enterprise system requirements Computer and CPU: 500 megahertz (MHz) processor or higher (see note 1 below). Memory: 256 MB RAM or higher (see note 2 below). Hard disk: 2 gigabyte (GB); a portion of this disk space will be freed after installation if the original download package is removed from the hard drive.
Q: Why my LRMCFRE_EN_DVD driver doesn't work after I install the new driver? Please identify the driver version that you download is match to your OS platform. You should uninstall original driver.
