Load the arena save and you will be there. The Boss Gallery look like the old normal gallery, in Delta Labs. Now the normal gallery have his own option on the menu, don't need to load and save, and is now a cinema. Also, for the normal enemy gallery you need to choose 'new game' and 'gallery' ^^.
