After the death of my beloved Zune 80 I decided to pick up a Zune HD. The software is detecting the Zune just fine. However, I keep getting this update error: C00D11B2 (800C2EE2). I am definitely connected to the internet and I am able to sign into the Zune Software etc. However I cannot update my new Zune to the 4.8 firmware.

The Zune Music + Video software is free and is necessary to sync content from a computer to a Windows Phone. Step 1: Uninstall the Zune software. Windows 7 or Windows Vista. Here is a list of the device commands for both V1/V2 and Zune HD devices. This will delete all content off of the device and allows firmware reinstall.
Will the update to Windows 10 correct this problem or will it only get worse? I think its safe to say that whatever was previously broken is now fixed. My Zune updated WITHOUT issue as well.
This was definitely not an ISP problem as the Xbox support team suggested several times. I think everyone should try again. My Zune HD is happy and working now!
