Editing the.INF file will not enable the driver, qcusbser.sys, to function in 64-bit Windows 7. The driver was written for Windows 2000 & XP. The driver was written for Windows 2000 & XP. You need an updated 64-bit qcusbser.sys file from Qualcomm that is written for Windows 7 x64! Mar 27, 2012 Go to the manufacturer's website and try to find the driver download page for that card. Hopefully there is a 64 bit Windows 7 driver. If not, a 64 bit Vista driver might work.

For example if you add your grabber card later it will be installed automatically. The problem is in the Pnp Installation step in the FBA.I Think.
