I am currently a student pilot and need FSX as a supplemental overindulgent chair flying aid.I have had FSX installed and working normally till this install. Broadcom ush driver for dell latitude e6400. 1.I have uninstalled FSX and reloaded-no effect.
OK Guys, I've got a problem! Just got my new system - Windows 7, 64bit, i5, GeForce 960, 8GB ram. X particles 3 serial. Trying to install FSX - original 2006 dvd. Disk 1.starts install, then box appears 'Removing applications' - hangs for ever! Looked on internet for advice, told I need MSXML 4.0 or above from microsoft.com/downloads. Got this, installed it, re-tried FSX disk 1.same result!
I guess there must be hundreds of you guys out there who've re-installed FSX on their new rig.help please! Hope this is the right Forum - clearly not an orbx support issue, Don.
